Brief Summary

Most leaders don't fail because they don't care. They fail because nobody gave them the infrastructure to lead from. This workshop builds it. In 3.5 focused hours, you'll design a leadership operating system that's grounded in your values, built for your context, and ready to use Monday. Not concepts. Not notes you'll never open. A system you'll actually run.

Format
